An Iranian lawmaker called for a strike on the White House this week, in response to President Donald Trump’s order to take out the top Iranian Gen. Qassem Soleimani.
“We can attack the White House itself, we can respond to them on the American soil. We have the power, and God willing we will respond in an appropriate time,” MP Abolfazl Abutorabi said on Sunday, according to Iranian news agency ILNA.
During a passionate speech before Parliament, Abutorabi went on to say the Iranian military “should crush America’s teeth.”
Meanwhile, The Mirror reported that an organizer of the general’s funeral put a price of 80 million dollars on Trump’s head, suggesting that every Iranian could give one dollar towards the bounty for the person who took out the US president.
“Iran has 80 million inhabitants. Based on the Iranian population, we want to raise $80million (£61million) which is a reward for those who get close to the head of President Trump,” one of the organizers said, according to en24.
