According to members in the Opposition party who do not want to be identified for security purposes claim that the situation between the two senior leaders has gone far beyond reconciliation this week during the Negotiations Period between Representatives from the two warring parties. The Leader of the opposition Party Dr. Riek Machar threatened to suspend Captain Mabior Garang De Mabior if he insist on violating the constitutions and Protocols of the Political Party.
Mabior Garang De Mabior tends to be an outspoken (Politician)who tends to voice his personal opinions on his personal social media site , fellow colleagues say that sometimes he tends to take it to the media about sensitive issues involving the political party.
Colleagues say “Mabior was warned on numerous occasions regarding entertaining the public with his personal rhetoric opinions over sensitive issues on multiple occasions by the Leader of the Party Dr. Riek Machar Teny but Mabior Garang refuse to heed to authority.
On 08/15/2018 at 9:30 PM Khartoum time , Mabior received a phone call from The Chairman warning him that if he continues to disrespect authority he will be Suspended from the Party until further notice, The Chairman was already upset that Mabior Didn’t Travel to Khartoum, Sudan to participate in the (KPA) Khartoum Peace Agreement. Mabior was upset and promised to Resign from the Party because it’s in his constitution to practice his freedom of Speech. The conversation between the two high profile leaders didn’t end too well, the tension between the two leaders is not reconcilable and most likely to end in Mabior Garang De Mabior Resigning from the Party.
