The president of Uganda Yoweri Musevebi has taken to podium a response directed to CBS claim of South Sudanese being the smartest people in East Africa and Ugandans the least intelligent people in the region.
This morning at around 9am Yoweri held a press conference in the capital Kampala to respond to the undermining of his people’s IQ as that of south sudanese got exaggerated according to him. A first hand information disclosed that Museveni is not happy with the American Broadcast TV for elevating South Sudanese over them.
In his own words he said, ”South Sudanese are not smarter than Ugandans otherwise they wouldn’t live in my country as refugees”, He continued saying that South Sudanese can’t govern themselves and that’s why they have refugees in Kenya and Uganda.
He continued, ”We are not in the same league with this baby nation, not in any field in general. Our economy is better than theirs and it is illogical of a person with high IQ to have a very poor economy, I mean think about it”
”What have their youth accomplished in the country they are seeking asylum?”, He queried. His cabinet seconded him. None of them supported the idea that South Sudanese have the highest IQ in East Africa instead they think it is an irony just to mock the baby nation.
The report was released at 10:15am by Galaxy FM after the meeting was adjourned. The reporter put it that Museveni thinks South Sudanese actually have the lowest IQ in the entirety of East Africa which is the opposite of what Lara Logan of CBS reported.
