After a segment of false promises, Young Tycoon Lawrence Lual has decided to give back to the country by building hundreds of luxury houses for its residents.
Owner of 5 mineral refineries for gold, silver, copper etc, the Young Tycoon as he prefers to be called has donated 50 million USD to construct 450 luxury homes in Juba, South Sudan.
Each home will cover 120 sq m with 3 bedrooms, living room and dining. The grounds will also feature a stage for hosting traditional operas. The houses are meant to be free for any family living in Juba and will be ready by 2021 if there won’t be war to disrupt the project.
“If this recently signed peace agreement last, I will return back home and everyone would have all sorts of requests.” he said in an exclusive with Juba Eye.
Lawrence Lual also plans to plant maize and a pig farm close to the development, to create more than 1000 jobs for Juba people.
Congratulations Mr Lawrence Lual!
